Lenses Overview
Children Lenses - We only recommend polycarbonate lenses for children
for safety reasons (see Polycarbonate lenses).
(Note: some insurance plans will not pay for this option)
Single Vision Lenses - available in glass or plastic with all lens options. Bifocal Lenses - available with or without the line to separate the two lens powers. Line Bifocal Lenses - available in glass of plastic with all lens options. No Line Bifocal Lenses - available in glass or plastic and they are available in a variety of lens technologies with all lens options. Trifocal - available in glass or plastic with all lens options. Lens OptionsPhotochromic coating to lenses - designed to filter UV light. Available in glass with photo-grey improved application or in Plastic with transitional application that changes with available UV light.Scratch Coating to lenses - an application coating to protect the lens. Available with one or two year warranty. Anti-reflective Coating to lenses - a coating application designed to reduce the light reflection encountered in day to day life. Ideal for users with light sensitivity or that move from the indoor to the outdoor frequently or that frequent highly reflective light areas. Thin and Light Lenses - available for the user that has a strong power lenses. Designed to reduce the thickness of the lens in the center on around the edges. Provides a cosmetically improved lens and is much lighter for confort. Polarized Lenses - the ultimate lens for prescription sunglasses. Super thin - the lightest lens available. It is made of plastic and available with most options. Tint - available in most colors to meet your fashion need. The intensity of the color may be selected as you desire. Color may also be gradient. |
